One data-driven process. Three stages.
Two of which most copywriters skip.

Because conversion-focused copywriting doesn’t start with cracking your knuckles and typing away after a stroke of genius. It starts with data. And it ends with data.

1

I put on my Sherlock Holmes’ deerstalker and dive deep to find the yes-getting messages they need to see during their journey on your site. I use Voice of Customer (VOC) data and the Jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) methodology to drive every single page.

Importantly, I craft each page based on the level of awareness and sophistication of your visitors. This helps me establish which message to lead with, as well as how much copy we need for the win.

I’ll use any existing research like data mining, as well as conduct interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to uncover:

• What your ideal visitors need to see on your page, and in which order, so that saying “yes” to your offer is a no-brainer

• What makes them absolutely love your solution, and how we can get you more people who love, buy, keep buying, and tell their friends about your solution.

• Where your competitors are slacking...so we can make them eat some dust. Respectfully.

• What has prevented them from converting in the past, helping me smash their objections before they even surface

• What they need to believe in order to take action and become a lead or buyer.

2

At this stage, your copy starts taking shape. This is where I make your copy crystal clear, compelling, and risk-free by:

• Using persuasive copywriting frameworks and techniques (like AIDA, PAS, PASOP, and QUEST)

• Applying risk-removal techniques, so that we remove every ounce of doubt from your prospects' decision.

• Layering on your brand voice, so it sounds just like you wrote it.

• Conducting a painstaking 7-step editing round to make that copy sharp as a knife.

Next, I’ll put the final copy into a Figma wireframe, so you can see what the final result will look like. (Don't know what a Figma wireframe looks like? Check out my work.)

As part of my services, I can work directly with your designer, so that design and copy work together for high-converting web pages.

3

I also offer to validate and test your web pages whenevr possible. Here’s why that matters.

You’ll never know what works if you don’t test it. No matter how much you and I like the final result (which is never final – optimization never ends!) we never know how real users will interact with a page once it’s out into the wild.

If you’ve got the data and we can get to testing, here are a few ways we can put the strongest version of your pages forward:

A/B testing: With the help of your website’s analytics, we’ll test your current pages against the optimized pages I’ve created. We’ll wait a couple weeks, and see which versions convert better.

Quick tests: I’ll use dedicated tools to put the wireframe I’ve created in front of your ideal audience. I’ll ask them a few questions. They’ll let me know if the version presented is as clear, persuasive, and risk-free as possible.

User testing: I’ll watch real people from your target audience interact with your website or page, live. So I can see what they like. What they don’t like. Where they pause. Where they click. If there are any objections. How to get past those objections. And much more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"How long do projects last?"
And other answers...

It depends on the type of project. Full website projects, depending on the amount of research and number of pages, can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. It’s not a short amount of time, but a whole website is a big deal — and we want to see it convert, baby!

But…I understad that not all websites need that type of service. That’s why I offer other services  from a 3 to 5 day turnaround web copy audits, copy for a single page, or you can even book me for a VIP day, for the copy projects that just can’t wait.

For audits, I take payments upfront. For full-website copy projects, I take 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For projects of 10k and over, I can set up cashflow-friendly installments for you!

No. And if any copywriter tells you so, they’re a BLAZING red flag 🚩🚩🚩! Copywriting is sales. And, as in any sales job, we’re dealing with people. And people change, regardless if we’re talking to your ideal audience.

What I can 100% guarante is: your website (or your page) will be crafted with the most educated and data-driven suggestions as their backbone — combined with prime conversion-focused copywriting skills. Which we’ll test and optimize accordingly to reach amazing results.

If you want me to promise the exact conversion lift you want…I can’t help you.

Generally, yes. That’s my specialization! But, if you need copy for other areas of your funnel (such as blogs, emails, ads, sales pages, or ebooks), feel free to let me know. I can work something out for you!

Oh, how I wish they were! As much as I’d love to interview your customers, I get that it’s not always doable. But don’t worry — if interviews aren’t on your radar, I can gather customer data from other equally helpful sources.

Don't settle for an order-taker. Get yourself a strategic partner who writes conversion-worthy website copy.

When working with me, expect nothing less than…

  • Clear, open communication through your preferred methods (calls, Slack)
  • Staying in the loop about my progress and milestones
  • The timeframe we’ve set is firm—your project will be ready by then.
